Tuition and Fees

• Fee Description

  • Application Fee: $125.00 Application Fee is due with online application for processing and student testing.
  • New Student Fee: A one-time $500.00 New Student Fee is required of all new students upon enrollment.
  • Enrollment Fee: $275.00 Registration Fee is required for all student enrollment and reenrollment.
  • Student Activity Fee: $500.00 Current students in grades 1-8 pay a non-refundable Student Activity Fee. This fee will be added to the Tuition Management account when the first tuition payment is due. 
  • Payment Plan Fee: $100 fee charged for the two payment plan. $200 fee charged for the ten month payment plan. 

• Payment Schedule

  • Application Fee is due at time of submission of online application.
  • Enrollment Fee is due at time of online enrollment following acceptance for new students or charged to student account in May for current students. 
  • New Student Fee is billed in July. 
  • Student Activity Fee is billed in July for current 1st - 8th students. 

• Financing

  • Full Tuition Payments are due, paid in full, by June 15th. The payment will include the New Student Fee. 
  • Ten-Month Plan tuition payments begin in July and end in April of each school year. Families who elect to finance their tuition through the ten-month payment plan with Tuition Management must pay a payment plan fee. The New Student Fee/ Student Activity Fee will be billed in July. 
  • Two Payment Plan tuition payments will be due in July and December. Families who elect the two payment plan must pay a payment plan fee. The New Student Fee/ Student Activity Fee will be billed in July. 
  • Tuition Management Payment Plan is completed along with enrollment.

  
  

  Tuition amount covers tuition, paperback and consumable books, and Outdoor Education Program trips. No refund of fees can be made. Students are enrolled for the entire school year or such portion as may remain after the date of entrance. The fact that tuition is paid in installments does not constitute a fractional contract. 

• Tuition Assistance

  St. Clement’s School offers tuition assistance for students whose families need support with the full cost of a St. Clement’s education. Tuition assistance is awarded on the basis of demonstrated need to qualified students. St. Clement’s School uses the Blacbaud Tuition Grant and Aid Assessment Service for recommendations on financial assistance awards. The school maintains the highest level of confidentiality in this process. A copy of the Tuition Grant and Aid Assessment information may be obtained through the Office of Admission.
